How does the bundle discount work?
The more qualifying products you add, the more you save:

Your discount is automatically applied when you reach each tier.

Can I mix and match different products?
Absolutely! That's the whole point. Mix and match harnesses, leashes, drink bottles, caps, crossbody bags and other qualifying products to create your own BDE bundle.

Do I have to choose matching colours?
Not at all. Go matchy-matchy or mix it up.

Can I choose more than one of the same product?
Yes! You can add multiple qualifying products, including different colours or variants, subject to availability.

Is the discount applied automatically?
Yes. There's no discount code needed. Once you've added enough qualifying products to reach a tier, the discount is automatically applied to your bundle.

Can I change my bundle after I've added products?
Yes. You can add or remove qualifying products before checkout and your discount will update based on the number of products in your bundle.

What happens if I return one of the products in my bundle?
If you return part of your bundle and your remaining items no longer meet the original discount tier, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the applicable bundle discount.

Can I build a bundle for me AND my dog?
Of course! Build a set for both of you — whether that's a new harness and leash for your bestie, plus a bottle and cap for you.

How much is shipping?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, standard shipping starts from $10.95. Express shipping is also available from $14.95.

Can I exchange my item?
Yes. If you change your mind, we offer exchanges for another size or product variation, or a credit note to the value of the product returned. Please note that return postage is at the customer’s expense.

What if my item arrives faulty?
Something not right? Please contact us straight away at hello@bigdogenergy.com.au. We offer refunds or replacements for any items that arrive faulty. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
